Cedefop has recently published a briefing paper on the issue of an integrated and holistic approach to lifelong learning. The approach is very much in line with our recognition of the need to bridge formal and non-formal learning environments for more relevant and effective vocational education and training.
The paper provides context and shares recommendations on ways to establish lifelong learning systems at local, regional and national levels.
